Flandrau Science Center's popular holiday planetarium show “Tis the Season” returns on Nov. 28th and runs through Jan. 4.

This popular holiday planetarium show traces the development of many of the world's endearing holiday customs. The show also recounts the historical religious and cultural rituals practiced during the time of the winter solstice - not only Christian and Jewish, but also Celtic, Pagan, Nordic, Roman, Egyptian and Hopi. Plus, it explores the possible explanations for a "Star over Bethlehem" from the history of 2,000 years ago.
