Successful Supervisor Series - Module One: Disciplinary Action

At the end of the session, participants will be able to: 

  • Define the purpose and benefits of the progressive discipline process
  • Determine appropriate levels of disciplinary action using a variety of analytical tools
  • Identify key elements of a written warning
  • Discuss a supervisor’s role in addressing inappropriate behavior and reducing the risk of workplace violence
