Successful Supervisor Series - Module Five: Complaints

At the end of the session, participants will be able to: 

  • Discuss the different types of employee complaints, including staff disputes, constructive discharge and whistleblower
  • Explain how the processes that deal with these complaints work
  • Describe the supervisor’s role in responding to various complaints
