The UA campus community selected the name for the restaurant located in the basement of the Student Union Memorial Center.

The spring semester brings more dining choices to the University of Arizona campus community.
The Arizona Student Unions has made new additions at both the Student Union Memorial Center and the Park Student Union.
Boost will sell energy drinks and energy concoctions and snacks. Boost is the Student Union's new convenience store, and it is located on the second floor, near the Meal Plans and Wells Fargo offices.
Another new addition is Cellar Bistro.
The bistro, located on the first floor of the Student Union, believes in creating quality meals using products that are natural, local, antibiotic- and hormone-free.
Priorities for the Cellar Bistro are the use of San Rafael Valley natural grass-fed beef, humanely processed and hormone free as well as organic, local sources.
The name Cellar Bistro, originally submitted by UA senior Patrick Valenzuela was the overwhelming choice in a campuswide naming competition during the fall semester of 2008.
Core, which was introduced on campus during the fall of 2007, became highly popular almost immediately. The restaurant offers more than 120 fresh ingredients, allowing customers to make their own customized salads.
Next month, Core will open a second site in the Park Student Union.
Also, the talk radio show "Mrs. Green Goes Mainstream" will feature the Arizona Student Unions' commitment to health and wellness initiatives on campus. The show is broadcast by 790 KNST and is tentatively scheduled to air next month.
