Following up on the GIFT Center Grants for Lunch presentation on Dec. 3, the featured presenter, Hildy Gottlieb, will facilitate a Learning Community to continue the discussion that began at the session.

This is the first meeting of a Learning Community/Community of Practice that wants to learn together, and from each other, new ways to put into practice some of what was discussed at the December session. The goals of the group will be determined by the group; however, the main goal is that participants will have each other as support as they learn new ways of thinking and being in their work, and as they start putting things into practice. 

Topics will include:

• What exactly do we need to change, as we do our work, to be sure "engaging the community" becomes our way of doing things? 
• When I run up against a brick wall, how have others handled that? What have they found effective?
