Sexual Responsibility Week

An education and information fair will be held on The University of Arizona Mall featuring information and resources on abstinence, contraception, adoption, safer sex, condoms, sexual identity, birth control, HIV/AIDS and more. Campus and community groups such as Campus Health Services, Wingspan, Catholic Social Services, Kino Teen Center, AIDS Safe, Oasis, Pima Prevention Partnership, Planned Parenthood, Student Health Advisory Committee, Tucson Indian Center, Tucson Herpes Center, the UA Women’s Resource Center and more will participate in the education/information fair. There will be special appearances throughout the day by Mr. Condom, the giant, walking condom.

Campus Health Services is coordinating this national, annual rite of spring. The goal of Sexual Responsibility Week is to promote healthy relationships and reduce the consequences of sexual behavior, including sexually transmitted diseases, unintended pregnancy and sexual assault.
