Reconciliation Ecology: Yes We Can!

Michael Rosenzweig, professor of ecology and evolutionary biology at The University of Arizona and the director of Tumamoc: People and Habitats will present a short talk titled, “Reconciliation Ecology: Yes We Can!”

A pioneer in the field of ecology, Rosenzweig persevered and participated in some of the most basic ecological research of the 20th century. Stop in and hear how you can help save the world’s species right in your own backyard or community. And you don’t have to put an end to human civilization to do it. With reconciliation ecology, you can create environmentally sound ways to continue to use the land for your own benefit while helping support the flora and fauna in the area.
