
Scott Carvajal, professor of Mexican American studies, will discuss "Stressors in a Climate of Heightened Immigration Enforcement and Relationships to Health in Predominantly Mexican-Descent Community Samples."
Carvajal is an associate professor in the Mexican American Studies and Research Center. He has been at the MASRC since 2000 and also holds appointments in psychology and the Mel and Enid Zuckerman Arizona College of Public Health. His scholarship is focused on health disparities, minority health and research methods with Latinos.
