Daniel Katzen

The University of Arizona School of Music presents a Faculty Artist Series recital featuring Professor Daniel Katzen, horn, with guest artist pianist Shiela Kibbe, chair of Boston University's College of Fine Arts department of collaborative piano.

Last year, the UA welcomed Katzen to the School of Music faculty, as he retired from the Boston Symphony. This will be his second solo recital as a UA faculty member. The program will present late 19th and 20th century pieces for horn and piano. As is accustomed in Katzen's recitals, this concert will also include a performance of the UA Horn Studio Ensemble.
