Gary Paul Nabhan will speak as part of the Well University Partnership and Provost Lecture Series. Nabhan is a writer, lecturer, food and farming advocate, rural lifeways folklorist, conservationist and author of 13 books, including "Where Our Food Comes From," and numerous articles on issues around food origins and nutrition. Nabhan is also the co-founder of the Tucson-based Native Seeds Search. His WellU talk on "Flavors Without Borders" will be an interesting and informative overview of current food issues in the Arizona-Sonora region.
