Paul H. Wirsching, professor emeritus of aerospace and mechanical engineering, gave an invited lecture at the University of California Berkeley. The February lecture was on "Probability Based Design Criteria for Marine Structures" as part of the graduate Ocean Engineering Seminar Series, sponsored by the Office of Interdisciplinary Studies.
