Chester C. Kisiel 23rd Annual Memorial Lecture

The department of hydrology and water resources presents the Chester C. Kisiel 23rd Annual Memorial Lecture.

Christopher Duffy, of Pennsylvania State University's civil and environmental engineering department will give a talk on "The Shale Hills Hydro Sensorium for Embedded Sensors, Simulation and Vsualization: A Prototype for Land-Vegetation-Atmosphere Interactions."
