Astronomy and Islamic/Persian Theories of History

Nick Campion, of the University of Wales, Lampeter, will explain the use of astronomy to analyze history and manage the present in the Islamic world. He will discuss theories and frameworks for understanding major religious events, such as the coming of great prophets, and for political management.
