The University of Arizona School of Music closes its 2008-2009 concert season 
with the annual Chamber Music Showcase Concert, featuring distinguished School of Music students 
performing in small ensemble settings. Coordinated by Professors Paula Fan and 
Kelland Thomas, the program will cover a wide musical spectrum. Ensembles and 
selections will be introduced from the stage by Classical KUAT-FM's
 broadcasting hosts David Harrington and James Reel.



As a special honor, this year's concert will once again be recorded for future 
broadcast on Classical KUAT-FM.



A pre-concert reception, beginning at 6:30 p.m., will offer music, refreshments
 and the opportunity to meet KUAT-FM's broadcasting hosts, whose voices are 
familiar to Tucson's classical music audiences.
