Award-winning faculty artists flutist Brian Luce and harpist Carrol McLaughlin will perform a concert of repertoire spanning three centuries. From the exquisite French Baroque writing of Michel Blavet’s “L’Henriette” sonata through the brilliant demands of Paganini’s infamous "24th Caprice" and Lowell Liebermann’s "Sonata, Op. 56," a broad sweep of repertoire will please the palette of everyone. Other works – by Vittorio Monti, Bernard Andrés, Ian Clarke and Jacques Bondon – will complement this duo’s very own premieres by Howard Buss and McLaughlin.
