
The University of Arizona’s Office of LGBTQ Affairs is pleased to invite you to the 2010 Rainbow Graduation!
The UA’s third annual LGBTQ and allied graduation celebration is a festive and intimate end-of-the-year celebration that will provide personal recognition of graduating lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, questioning and allied seniors, as well as graduating graduate school and professional school students.
Each graduate will receive a rainbow cord and certificate of honor at the ceremony emceed by Jennifer Heofle, program director of LGBTQ Affairs. The ceremony will include opening remarks by UA President Robert N. Shelton and a keynote address by Peri Jude Radecic, former execuitve director of the National Gay and Lesbian Task Force and current executive director of the Arizona Center for Disability Law. A reception with food and entertainment by Lucinda Holliday and Namoli Brennet will follow the ceremony.
