
Professor Emeritus Roland Richter will speak about his experiences during and after World War II. Born in the Czech Republic, Richter was enlisted in the German military as a teenager and made a career working with the American Military Police as an investigator for immigration after the war ended. He was most recently a faculty member in the University of Arizona's German department.
The talk will be in English. Refreshments will be provided.
