SISTA Art and Technology Exhibition

Technology, information and aesthetics are a ubiquitous part of our everyday lives. Information can be transmitted in aesthetically innovative ways using visual, aural, and interpretive methods. Artists use new technologies to understand society and create new work. Researchers use technologies to make new discoveries.

The University of Arizona's new School of Information: Science, Technology and Arts seeks to create tomorrow's forward thinkers who are taking interdisciplinary approaches to understanding and harnessing information. To acknowledge that technology touches and changes all of our lives in new and profound ways, SISTA is holding an exhibition of creative art and research in the Spring of 2012.
