University Leadership Institute - ULI Orientation

The University Leadership Institute is designed for managers and supervisors of classified staff and appointed personnel committed to being model leaders. The institute requires active participation, rigorous self-assessment, feedback from colleagues, and a commitment to professional development. This session will introduce you to the institute's design and expectations to help you decide whether this is the right program for you. Those who elect to become institute participants will be given an opportunity to register for courses, complete their first-self assessment tool, and begin the 360 degree feedback process.
