By Janis Leibold January 15, 1999

Extended University is offering several programs this spring designed to stimulate and educate children between 2 and 5 years of age.

A Movement for Children class designed by Melissa Lowe, UA associate professor of ballet and program director of the UA's Early Movement Education program, begins Saturday, Jan. 30.

Several classes are being offered under the heading TLC (Tots Learning Creatively). These classes involve fun with clay, crayons and creating and can be taken individually or as a series beginning Saturday, Feb. 6.

Both parents and children ages 2-5 will explore the magic of books in Anna Coleman's class, Picture Books and the Very Young Child beginning Wednesday, March 3.
For more information, cost and locations of these preschool programs, or for a complete listing of all winter/spring 1999 Extended University children's and family programs offerings, call 626-4444.
