Sam Wolsky, who retired to Tucson from Chicago, said he and his late wife, Roberta, found the musical, dance and theater offerings at the UA an added benefit to their lives: "There's a smorgasbord of activities that you can be involved in."

UA Launches Community Garden

Garden in the Desert, a UA student-led group, was launched two years ago to create and help build community gardens around campus. The team has since shaped the foundation for a new community garden, which is located near the Highland Garage.

Regents Approve Coach Contract, UA Cancer Center in Phoenix

The Arizona Board of Regents has approved a handful of UA proposals, including the contract for new football coach Rich Rodriguez. Board members also approved a project to expand the north end zone of Arizona Stadium, and they gave project implementation approval for The University of Arizona Cancer Center at Phoenix.

UA Rolls Out Pay by Phone for Campus Parking
