UANews | Meet the UA Alumni Band – a core group of about 15 local graduates who, year after year, return to campus to play with the Pride of Arizona. This weekend, another two or three dozen former band members will join them for Homecoming.    

UANews | A trio of new campus groups will coordinate University-wide environmental sustainability leadership while ensuring the Arizona Board of Regents' approved tuition resources are dedicated to campus design, student engagement, operations, education, research and outreach. 

UANews | The UA's 125th anniversary promises to be "One for the Ages." It is this year's Homecoming theme, and organizers are backing it up with everything you've come to expect – and more. Come celebrate Homecoming on campus this weekend.

UANews | The STEP UP! program developed at the UA to train students how to deal with difficult situations in social settings has been adopted or adapted by dozens of institutions and organizations across the nation.

UANews | The public is invited to the UA Student Union Memorial Center Ballroom on Monday, Oct. 18, for a debate between the candidates running for the Congressional seat in Arizona's 8th District.

UANews | The free event on Saturday, Oct. 16, features information on accessing the Southern Arizona VA Health Care System's services, community programs and UA educational resources to help returning veterans and their families acclimate to life in Tucson.   

UANews | UA departments and units are hosting events Wednesday, Oct. 13, to train people to avoid "fat talk" and, instead, to talk more positively about their bodies. "Fat Talk Free Day" will include a resource fair with information booths, prizes and raffles on the UA Mall.

UANews | Music, dancing, food and fireworks will be the featured fun during UA's Family Weekend and Hispanic Heritage Day celebrations on campus this weekend.
