    UANews | The UA has been consistently named one of the nation's top producers of Fulbright Scholars. This year, the University was named to the top 20 category overall and top 10 among public institutions.
  • The Full Force of UA's Wind Ensemble
    UANews | The 75-member UA Wind Ensemble is comprised of students who are on the path toward becoming professional musicians or music teachers. The ensemble is performing with UA faculty musicians and American composer David Maslanka during a Nov. 30 concert on campus.   
  • UA Celebrates Native American Heritage Month With Fall Harvest
    UANews | Students are getting their appetites ready for the annual Fall Harvest, organized in recognition of Native American Heritage Month. The event is designed to unite cultures while encouraging people to share how they are thankful.

    UANews | The UA will celebrate its graduating students during the Winter Commencement Ceremony on Saturday, Dec. 18, in McKale Memorial Center. A total of 2,708 undergraduate student degrees will be conferred, plus 328 master's degrees and 610 doctoral degrees.

    UANews | Street artist Melanie Stimmell will spend three days creating an extreme perspective painting at the UA Museum of Art. The work is part of the museum's new exhibition, "The Aesthetic Code: Unraveling the Secrets of Art."
