UANews | University of Arizona employees cooked up some creative fundraisers for this year's UA Cares employee giving campaign, benefitting a variety of local non-profits and University programs.

UANews | The UA Libraries has introduced a new mobile site, one that is designed and formatted with mobile users in mind.

UANews | The UA is closed Dec. 24-31, leaving campus without thousands of students and faculty and staff members, but many educational, cultural and historical facilities remain open to entertain members of the public.

UANews | Emergency building coordinators volunteer and are trained to provide information on building occupants, occupancy, layout and design as well as ensure that all the occupants of the building are accounted for during emergency situations.

UANews | As community director for Kaibab-Huachuca, Chris Anderson oversees dorm programs and policies, and if he wants to take a nap during his lunch break, his bed is just down the hall.

UANews | UA Foundation employee Lisa Comella is selling her hand-crafted shopping totes, made from discarded plastic bags.

UANews | Shelton asked members of the Faculty Senate to ignore rumprs about further cuts in state funding. He also urged unit heads to consider pay raises for some employees since an across-the-board increase won't be possible this year.
